Kate Chisholm is the founder of The Curious Collective, specialising in holistic approaches to healing for service-connected individuals. With deep expertise in body-based recovery and nervous system regulation, Kate brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to helping veterans and first responders transform their service-derived strengths into powerful tools for civilian life.
As a veteran herself Kate brings both local understanding and experiential insight to her teaching. Her approach emphasises hands-on skills that can be immediately applied to daily life, focusing on building lasting capability rather than just temporary relief.
